Testament was an American thrash metal band from Berkeley, California. Created in 1983 under the name Legacy, the band’s recent lineup includes rhythm guitarist Eric Peterson, lead guitarist Alex Skolnick, drummer Dave Lombardo, lead vocalist Chuck Billy, and bassist Steve Di Giorgio.
