Career
Ombija had previously worked in different fields prior to joining the media, including as a desktop manager at CCTV Africa from May 2012 to July 2013. From February 2010 to April 2011, he filled in as an associate ocean send-out facilitator at the global coordination organization SDV.
By August 2013, Trevor joined the media world, where he began by working as a Nation FM news presenter and later as an anchor at Nation Media Group-owned station, NTV. There, he was a senior anchor, reporter, and associate producer, and hosted a number of panel discussions with political figures.
