Josh filed for divorce from Alexandria , , in April 2019 after nearly 10 years of marriage. According to courts reports obtained by The Blast, he had stated that they were married on July 31, 2010, but got separated. He checked the box saying the marriage was “irretrievably broken” with “no prospects for reconciliation.”

The couple share four minor kids with the youngest born in 2018. In the reports, he sought joint legal and physical custody. He believed both parents should pay support.

He also said that they signed a prenuptial agreement a month before their wedding and asked for it to be enforced.

Alexandria quickly responded agreeing to the divorce but sought primary physical custody of their kids. She revealed they were all still living in the same Atlanta home with the kids at the time.
