Before joining KARE-TV in October 2023, Rogers worked at WISH-TV in Indianapolis, Indiana as the anchor of News 8 at 5 p.m., 6 p.m., 10 p.m., and 11 p.m. newscast alongside Phil Sanchez and co-hosts All Indiana.
Alexis worked at WLWT in Cincinnati as a reporter and anchor, at KATV in Little Rock, Arkansas as a general assignment reporter and fill-in anchor, and at Newsy in Columbia, Missouri as anchor and producer. She founded I.M.A.G.I.N.E., to mentor young women. She is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
