Allison began her career in A&R at Sony Music’s Columbia Records and Epic Records where she recruited new talent globally and oversaw the album production for arts which includes metal band, Lamb of God, among others.
Alison signed and developed Florida singer/songwriter Juliet Simms where she oversaw Juliet’s transition from solo artist to frontwoman as she formed the band Automatic Loveletter.
She later transitioned to a host, she hosted ‘The Next’, the live primetime music competition show on The CW Network which was executive produced by hip-hop icon Queen Latifah. The show went on a nationwide search for undiscovered artists on the verge of stardom.
