Azie Faison Career
After attending a screening of the year 1983 film Scarface, Azie was influenced to enter the drug trade, as well as later that year, launched a working relationship with a local Dominican supplier, who would frequently go to the dry cleaners. Faison would then become introduced to cocaine, as well as would become one of the first distributors of the drug within New York in the year 1984.
By the time he turned 21, Azie would transition into becoming the cocaine wholesaler in Harlem, reportedly earning $40,000 a week or more. Azie would finally expand operations until 1990 as well as became one of the most famous distributors during the War on Drugs era in the United States.

Azie was shot seven times in the robbery attempt and caused the drug network to falter as he aimed to recover from his injuries. This caused severe strains in the relationship between Faison, and Porter, along with Martinez, with the latter, ultimately killing Porter in the year 1990, and later being apprehended and sentenced for a plethora of charges in the year 1991.
