Beckett Cypher Death and Age At Death

Beckett Cypher was born on 18 November 1998, and on Wednesday, 13th May 2o2o, at the age of 21, under curious circumstances. The news was announced on Etheridge’s Twitter page on Wednesday. The post read, “We’re sad to inform you that Melissa’s son Beckett passed away and there will not be a Concerts From Home show today. – #TeamME,”.  Since the COVID-19 lockdown began in mid-March, Singer Etheridge has been hosting singalongs on Facebook Live. However, she had to cancel due to her family tragedy.

Singer Melissa Etheridge revealed what caused her son Beckett Cypher’s death on Wednesday at the age of 21. In a heartfelt post on Instagram, Etheridge disclosed her son’s death to drug addiction.

“Today I joined hundreds of thousands of families who have lost loved ones to opioid addiction,” Etheridge wrote. “My son Beckett, who was just 21, struggled to overcome his addiction and finally succumbed to it today. He will be missed by those who loved him, his family and friends. My heart is broken. I am grateful for those who have reached out with condolences and I feel their love and sincere grief.”

“We struggle with what else we could have done to save him, and in the end, we know he is out of the pain now,” she continued. “I will sing again, soon. It has always healed me.”
