Currently, Bob works at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida, as the Director of Aviation Safety. He also serves as the head coach of the Embry Riddle Eagles Division II ice hockey team. Joyce created the Canadian Olympic Team for Calgary, in 1988, playing only two hours away from his home.
