Pierce began his acting career at the age of six. He appeared in various projects ranging from commercials, voiceovers, television shows, and films.

He had a role on Days of Our Lives, in which he played Andrew Shawn Donovan IV for just over a year. He voiced Chip in Disney’s Beauty and the Beast as well as Flounder in the television series The Little Mermaid and Tails in the Saturday morning cartoon series Sonic the Hedgehog.
