Jones played college basketball for the Murray State Racers from 2015 to 2017. He was a two-time All-OVC selection and was named to the OVC All-Tournament team in his final year. Jones ended his profession with 171 steals, 321 assists, and 792 points.
Furthermore, Jones was a four-star recruit out of Boys & Girls High School in Brooklyn, New York from 2013- 2015. He selected Murray State University over offers from St. John’s, Seton Hall, and Xavier. As a freshman, He led with 28 games and averaged 1.7 steals, 7.4 points, and 3.1 assists per game.
Similarly, when Jones was a sophomore, he led all 32 games and averaged 2.0 steals, 4.2 assists, and 10.9 points per game and was named to the All-OVC second team.
As a senior, Jones led all 34 games and averaged 2.2 steals, 12.2 points, and 4.4 assists per game. He was named to the All-OVC first team and the OVC All-Tournament team. He is currently playing professionally for U-Banca Transilvania Cluj in Romania.
