The Bachelor spoilers: Courtney Curtis vs. Demi Burnett

It really should not come as much of a shock that Monday night’s The Bachelor episode will feature a few confrontations. We’re at that point in the season now where contestants start to get to know each other and because of that, this where it is infinitely easier for contestants to throw one another under the bus with great regularity.

Also, it’s about time that someone really confronted Colton Underwood directly about Demi and that’s what is going to happen tonight. As the sneak peek below gives away, Courtney Curtis will be firing back at Demi tonight over some comments she made to Colton about her — including that she is a “cancer” in the house. After that, Courtney proclaims to him that the only reason that Demi is there is because this is a chance to be on TV with him.
We think that, on some level, Colton’s gotta be aware of some of Demi’s shenanigans … even if he refuses to admit it at first. This is someone who has been hyper-aggressive with him in terms of physicality and has also shown herself to be willing to display PDA in front of other women. She’s going for it and on a superficial level, that’s a good thing. Yet, it becomes a bad thing when other women start to express negative opinions about her. The only reason why someone like Colton may not recognize some of Demi’s actions right away is that he isn’t around the other women all of the time. He doesn’t have the context necessary to view many of her actions and they do which is a similar situation to many of the Bachelors of the past. Through this episode, you’ll see more of this come to a head and Colton may have to make a firm decision as to whether or not Demi should stick around.
Of course, who are we kidding! The desired endgame for producers has to be Courtney and Demi having some sort of two-on-one date disaster down the road where one of them (likely Demi) is seemingly left out in the middle of an island / a forest while the camera slowly pans out from them. It’s one of their favorite ridiculous ways in which to end a contestant’s arc on the show.
