On 22 October 2011, alongside his family, Miller appeared on the ITV game show All Star Family Fortunes. Danny Miller Emmerdale
Danny Miller is facing calls to be sacked from Emmerdale after his rambling and slurred rant about being snubbed by the British Soap Awards 2019.
The 28-year-old actor, who plays Aaron Dingle in the ITV soap, swore at fans and became increasingly erratic in a 30-minute video live-streamed from his Instagram account last Saturday.
During his rant, Danny repeatedly declared “f**k the Soap Awards” and joked that his career was over as his friends attempted to intervene.
Now soap fans have called on Emmerdale to sack him over his remarks, with one tweeting: “Aaron was my fav in Emmerdale however Danny Miller needs to tone it down. He acting up like those soap actors before they got fired.”
Another wrote: “Emmerdale need to wake up and serve Danny Miller with the same attitude they had with the actress they fired. He’s such a diva and doesn’t deserve fans or to be on Emmerdale! What disgusting behavior!!! Grow up, man!”
And a third blasted: “Really so he makes a show of himself and the show and people think he should get away with it no he needs to be punished. DANNY MILLER IS NOT EMMERDALE. #SACKHIM.”
Danny appeared to be in a restaurant with pals when the stream went live, and – according to the Sun – other diners complained about his bizarre behavior, to which Danny told them: “Get out the shot, I’ve got a British Soap Award.”
He took issue with not winning a gong since 2016 when he picked up the Best Actor and Best Male Dramatic Performance gongs at the prestigious event and told followers who challenged his behavior to “f**k off”.
“British Soap Awards, I remember when we used to be friends. I used to turn up every year and win something but now, Let’s talk about the Soap Awards nominees.” Danny went on.
Turning to his pals, the actor said: “Why have you not stopped me yet, this could be my career over? Why haven’t you stopped me yet?
Danny Miller Scott And Bailey
Danny Miller was thrilled to join the cast of Scott & Bailey even if both he and his character were thrown in at the deep end.
Miller who also starred in ITV drama Lightfields, played new boy Rob Waddington, a fast-tracked detective sergeant heading for the top.
But his arrival at Syndicate 9 coincides with a major murder investigation set to make national headlines.
Stockport-born Danny spoke to one of his friends who work in a real-life police Major Incident Team (MIT).
“I talked to him a lot and he offered as much help as he could. I also watched various documentaries about how a police briefing room would work. And the police advisor on Scott & Bailey was great. He gave me little tips and was always on hand to say,
‘You wouldn’t be able to do that or this.’
“Then you’ve just got to do what you can to imagine that you’re in that room and play it out. It was tough, really challenging. But a dream role and such a great opportunity for me.” Miller said.
Danny Miller And Ryan Hawley
Danny Miller’s character Aaron Dingle is set to marry Ryan Hawley’s alter-ego Robert Sugden on an episode of Emmerdale, after a four year on/off a relationship. Miller admitted that it can be ‘difficult’ leaning in to kiss his 33-year-old co-star because of his beard, but says he’s ‘lucky’ because they’re friends off-screen.
“When Ryan and I began this journey I don’t think either of us knew where it was going to go. It was a kiss on the country lane, four years later we’re finally tying the knot and making it official. It’s strange because me and Ryan are so close now. He’s a really good friend of mine, and we get on so well on set.
Miller continued; “It helps because it can be difficult leaning in for a kiss with a beard. He’s great and I’m lucky to work with such a good lad.”
The two characters held an unofficial wedding ceremony on the show last year, but are now keen to make it legal.
Danny revealed: There’s no legal binding contract, so I think that was the idea of the producers that they wanted to have the happily ever after and do it officially.
“I’d love to tease you and say there’s drama but it’s just two best friends are getting married, and the village is there to watch it. The fans have kept pushing for them. The fans are amazing.”
Over the course of their relationship, the pair have become known as Robron by fans, which he admitted was better than when Aaron dated Jackson Walsh, Marc Silcock.
He explained: ‘Years ago I had a relationship with a character called Jackson and it was Aar-son. Not the best name is it? The fans have put them together as Robron, so it’s become a bit of a talked about subject on Twitter.
Danny Miller’s Girlfriend
Who is Emmerdale star, Danny Miller dating? Miller is known to be in a relationship with Nicola Worsley. He shared an adorable shot of himself with girlfriend Nicola Worsley, jokingly saying the picture wasn’t “forced”.
The caption read: “Here’s a picture that hasn’t been forced to be posted. Whatsoever. Even though the filter makes me look like a man with perfect skin and incredible eyes.
“But MOST importantly she looks Gamble so everyone wins! But to be fair, she’s a good egg! #luckygirl #punching #polkadots.”
Miller’s fans were quick to comment on the romantic snap, insisting that both Danny and Nicola were gorgeous.
“You’re not punching mate, you’re both gorgeous,” one fan commented.
“You two are such a gorgeous couple. More importantly two genuine kind people,” said another fan.
“Danny, you have perfect eyes with or without a filter. Great to see you looking so happy,” another fan commented.
Another fan said: “This is a beautiful photo of you both, you and Nicola are a gorgeous couple.”
Nicola shared her own version of the shot, choosing to post it in color, instead of black-and-white.
Danny refrains from sharing too many shots of Nicola, especially after a trolling incident last October almost led to the star quitting Twitter.
A fan sent the actor an abusive message concerning Nicola, and although they were quickly deleted, Danny spoke out against them on.
“You know it sounds bad, yet clicked send anyway?” he tweeted. “I see you’re a fan of the show, well I’d rather have no fans than an insecure WOMAN like you, sending a tweet so Awful. You’re blocked anyway, babes.”
