He began his musical career in the early 1990s. In 2002, he was a drummer in the Sydney indie band ‘Gelbison,’ an Australian pop-rock band founded by Pete Farley in 2000. Pete Farley on bass guitar, Dave Galafassi on drums, and the Kahn brothers, Edo and Nadav, on vocals, guitar, and keyboard, were the band’s four members.

They played a number of shows in and around Sydney. On April 7, 2003, the band released their debut album ‘1704,’ which was distributed by ‘Virgin Records’ and ‘EMI Music Group, Australia.’ Ian Ball produced the album, which peaked at number 20 on the ‘ARIA Hitseekers Albums Chart.’ The album received positive feedback.

Prior to the album’s release, the band released their debut single, ‘Metal detector,’ in October 2002, followed by the singles ‘Homelands’ (February 2003), and ‘Good God,’ in April 2003. (May 2003).
