David Heckard is an American journalist working for News 13 Orlando as a correspondent meteorologist. Additionally, he hosts the program, “Weather on the Ones” forecast on weekends and middays. Before joining Spectrum News, he was working at WZVN-TV as a weekend evening meteorologist.
