His notable work includes Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job!, The Eric Andre Show, and Portlandia. Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job! is a sketch comedy series created by and starring Tim Heidecker and Eric Wareheim. It features surreal and often satirical humor (at points anti-humor and cringe comedy), public-access television-style musical acts, bizarre faux-commercials with unique editing. It has special effects style by Doug Lussenhop to make the show appear camp. The Eric Andre Show is hosted by comedian Eric Andre and co-hosted by fellow comedian Hannibal Buress. It is a surreal comedy television series on Cartoon Network’s late-night programming block, Adult Swim. It premiered in the United States on May 20, 2012, and is a parody of low-budget public-access talk shows. Voice actor Gary Anthony Williams served as the announcer in the first season, being replaced by Tom Kane in the second season and Robert Smith took over from the third season onwards. Portlandia is set and filmed in and around Portland, Oregon, starring Fred Armisen and Carrie Brownstein. The series was created by Armisen and Brownstein, along with Jonathan Krisel, who also directs it. The series premiered on IFC on January 21, 2011. Its eighth season concluded on March 22, 2018. Lussenhop co-developed and co-wrote with Daniel Weidenfeld in 2015, an 11-minute live-action pilot for Adult Swim. It was created by Weidenfeld and starring himself, called The Pound Hole. It was greenlighted in 2007 by TBS as a TV series in which its premiere is still unknown.
