You then change as people, that just sneaks in. I’m not going to say that I’m divorced because I thought he did not do anything right anymore. It came from both sides. I also know where my mistakes lie and I try to learn from them. It is very sad that we did not succeed. “Kim says that she is not an easy person to live with. I went out for a diner and I end up flabbergasted by this ladies room. Can we make women toilets in The Netherlands more women friendly please? At least good make up lights and some chairs to sit down a bit. Our heels are killing our feet most of the time. And sometimes we just want to escape the dining table for a minute or 10. ❤️ #livingit

Kim Feenstra can not do anything about her voice, which is called ‘annoying’ by many TV viewers. That tells the model in TROS Compass. When Feenstra participated in Holland’s Next Top Model in 2007, she was told by the jury that she has an irritating voice. It is the result of her partial deafness.” If I had started wearing my hearing aids earlier, my speech would probably have been better now. Previously, I could never hear my own voice,” she explains.
For a long time Feenstra found it difficult to wear hearing aids on television. ” I wore hearing aids early on, but in the time of Holland’s Next Top Model I never had it. At that age I was mainly concerned with my appearance and with boys. In addition, I could lip-read.”
Kim Feenstra finished with criticism of voice
Updated: 2 December 2012
Model Kim Feenstra has had it all with all people who criticize her voice. On Twitter she writes her frustrations away. “Yes, I have a strange voice! So what?”
When Feenstra took part in Holland’s Next Top Model in 2007, she received a lot of criticism from the jury of her unusual voice. This is the result of her partial deafness. Then she told TROS Kompas that previously she could never hear her voice properly. “If I had started wearing my hearing aids earlier, my speech would probably have been better now.”
Apparently, this explanation was not enough to silence all critics and that is why Kim is making a final attempt via Twitter. “There are probably a lot of things to you that are strange, stupid or not beautiful,” writes the model. “So do me and yourself a favor and keep yourself a mirror literally and figuratively. You probably have a lot of uncertainties that you have to deal with.”
