Stefano Accorsi protagonist of the new season of the Municipal Theater
Updated: 17 July 2018
he contemporary circus ‘Bruxelles en piste’, Stefano Accorsi, Francesco Mandelli, Lino Guanciale are some of the protagonists of the new season of the Municipal Theater, of which four performances were anticipated this morning, at a press conference in the Municipality, awaiting the presentation of the full bill which will take place on September 10th.
The opening show of the season (although a few days before there will be a Piano Echos concert) will be on Friday 12 October with ‘La vrille du chat’, a special contemporary circus project ‘Bruxelles en piste’: a show in which the acrobats will challenge the laws of space time, against every physical principle, almost as it happens in cartoons.
On Thursday 10th and Friday 11th January 2019 there will be Patrick Marber’s ‘After Miss Julie’ with Gabriella Pession and Lino Guanciale.
Finally, to conclude this summer anticipation, Thursday 21 and Friday 22 February, at 21, there is what looks like the most anticipated show of the season, with a very famous protagonist: Stefano Accorsi will in fact be interpreter of ‘Playing with Orlando – Assolo : traces, memories, readings from Orlando Furioso by Ludovico Ariosto according to Marco Baliani.
To get to know the rest of the season you will have to wait until September 10th. The structure will be identical to that of recent years (seven prose shows in double evenings, three unique evenings) plus opera and operetta. Ticket prices and season tickets will remain unchanged.
