Fred West Biography
Fred West(Frederick Walter, Stephen West) was an English serial killer who performed at least 12 murders between (1967 and 1987 in Gloucestershire, the preponderance with Rosemary West(his second wife).
All the sufferers were young women. At least eight of these murders involved the Wests’ sexual satisfaction and involved rape, slavery, torture, and mutilation; the victims’ dissected bodies were typically buried in the cellar or garden of the Wests’ Cromwell Street home in Gloucester, which became known as the “House of Horrors”.
The serial killer also committed at least two murders on his own and her Wife who Killed Fred’s stepdaughter and Charmaine. The pair were arrested and indicted in 1994. Fred fatally asphyxiated himself while on remand at HM Prison Birmingham on 1st January 1995 when he was accused together with his fiance with nine murders, and for him with three further murders. In November 1995, his wife was sentenced to ten murders and ten life terms with a whole life order.

We played the videos of episodes from Prime Suspect and Brookside that featured bodies buried under a patio.”Then we watched for their reactions, but nothing about their behavior suggested they were uncomfortable. She evoked earlier how the family used to have birthday meals on the patio, without realizing what lay beneath it.

Stephen West has been jailed for nine months after accepting seven counts of underage sex with a 14-year-old girl.
A builder from Stroud, Gloucestershire, declared guilty to the charges of having unlawful sexual copulation with a minor at Worcester Crown Court in October.
The court was told the victim was a virgin when the pair struck up a friendship which led to a consensual sexual relationship just after the girl’s 14th birthday.
Their sexual relationship was revealed in a record written by West with codes describing what variety of activity took place.
Jurors heard West supplied the girl, who cannot be named for legal reasons, with the Pill after she became pregnant and had a termination.
He denied an additional charge of sexual activity with a child, which was ordered to lie on file.
Stephen Mooney, in moderation, said he was still “Very much a youngster” emotionally and was more likely to relate to teenagers.
Judge Michael as he was ruling him he said he had no option but to jail him because of the seriousness of the offense.
He also commanded a five-year restraint order on him which prohibits him communicating his quarry until she is 16, taking any job working with children or living at any place where there are 13 to 16-year-old girls present other than his own children.
His father hanged himself at Birmingham Prison on New Year’s Day 1995 while on remand charged with the murders of 12 young women.

A retired refuse collector, Mr. John West (54) is believed to have committed suicide on the eve of the jury retires to consider its verdicts at Bristol Crown Court.

Police said there were no suspicious circumstances.

“I knew John West as a very nice reliable friendly neighbor who was there when we needed him.”
Mr. John West had been on trial at Bristol Crown Court since Tuesday accused of raping his niece, Ms. Anne Marie Davis – Fred West’s daughter – and another girl.
Anne Marie had told the jury she was raped around 300 times by Mr. West when she was a girl.
The charges against Mr. West date back to the period between January 1975 and January.
Fred West’s biographer, Geoffrey Wansell, who was controversially given access to the mass murderer’s private papers to prepare his book An Evil Love, said Mr. John West’s death was “absolutely tragic”.
He told independent Radio News: “No matter what terrible things may have gone on within the West family, this is a simply dreadful reflection on the law.
“I cannot put into words how upset I feel for his family and all the people be cared for. It is desperate.”
Asked how the West family, whom he had interviewed while preparing his book, would react, Mr. Wansell said: “I can’t believe they won’t be desperate – how could they possibly be anything but – traumatized. It is unbelievable.”
If John West did commit suicide, it was probably in despair at the prospect of jail, said Mr. Wansall.

In his almost 30 years at KMR, Fred was the force behind not only the on-air careers of his clients but also worked to preserve their legacies through creative partnerships with live theatre, casino slot machines, conventions and various game show networks. From the day he graduated from Syracuse University with a BA in TV, Film, and Radio, Fred was on his way to becoming the preeminent expert in all facets of the game show universe.
He co-authored The Encyclopedia of TV Game Shows and worked as a contestant coordinator before starting the Celebrity and Game Show division at KMR. His dedication to and talent for furthering his client’s dreams knew no bounds; in an age of new technology, Fred was the epitome of the old school agent who worked the phones and made deals happen seemingly out of thin air. Fred’s upbeat personality and humor were the outward manifestations of an intensely private and humble man. Per his wishes, few people outside of the office knew of his illness. Fred will be greatly missed by the industry he loved, and by the people who loved him.
