Geno Segers is an American actor born on 28th November 1976 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, United States. He is best known for his roles as Chayton Little-stone on Cinemax’s Banshee series, and Mason Makoola in the Disney XD television series Pair of Kings, Kincaid on MTV’s Teen Wolf and also as co-host of Fort Boyard: Ultimate Challenge for two seasons.

Geno Segers Personal life

Geno Segers is the oldest son of Lonnie G. Segers Sr. and Sandra Eldridge. His ancestry is of Aboriginal American. He was played as footballer, wrestler, and track athlete in high school and college. He played football at Western Carolina University.

He then played professional rugby league. He played in the American National Rugby League and won two caps for United States national rugby league team against Wales national rugby league team in 1995. From there, he moved to New Zealand to play for the Richmond Rovers rugby league team.

Geno Segers began his acting career when he was still in high school. At the suggestion of a friend, Segers auditioned for voice ads at a New Zealand radio station.His natural bass tone earned him a lot of attention and caught the attention of an agent that led Segers to be cast as Mufasa in the Australian production of The Lion King.

He went on to star in the American and Chinese productions. In 2010, he gained the main role on Pair of Kings as Mason Makoola. In 2018, he recurred on the TV series of Knight Squad as the main villain Ryker. He has also reprised this role in a crossover episode of Henry Danger.

Geno Segers the (Banshee) and Outsourced alum Rizwan Manji are set as series regulars opposite Bradley Whitford and Anna Camp in Perfect Harmony (fka Untitled Bradley Whitford), in NBC’s comedy pilot starring and executive produced by Whitford, from Lesley Wake Webster (Speechless), Jason Winer (Single Parents)and his Small Dog Picture Company, and 20th Century Fox TV. Written by Webster and directed by Winer, the comedy is about a rural church choir that gets the director it never thought it needed when a salty, Ivy League music professor (Whitford) stumbles through their door.

Manji will portray Reverand Jax. He was not born in the U.S. but has a lifelong love affair with American pop culture. Webster and Whitford executive produce alongside Winer and Jon Radler of Small Dog Picture Company. 20th Century TV, where Small Dog is based, is the studio. Segers credits include a guest role on Paramount Network’s Yellowstone, and starring roles in Brawl In Cell Block 99 opposite Vince Vaughn, Cinemax’s Banshee, Game Over, Man! for Netflix, and Bone Tomahawk opposite Kurt Russell.  He’s repped by APA, LA Management, and Ginsburg Daniels.
