Giuliana Rancic (birth name Giuliana DePandi) is an Italian born American television personality, born on 17th August 1974 in Naples, Italy. She is a co-host of E! News on E! network alongside Jason Kennedy.
Giuliana began her career, while still studying at the American University, at Capitol Hill news bureau where she covered stories related to the U.S. government. She created and was the executive producer of MTV’s Celebrity Rap Superstar, which premiered in 2007.

In November 2010 she had an IVF transfer for a second time but the procedure did not result in a pregnancy.
During her third trial for IVF, her doctor recommended she undergo mammogram which is how she found out she had breast cancer. Despite her condition, she continued with the egg retrieval and found a surrogate.

On 5th December 2011, she disclosed that she had decided to undergo a bilateral mastectomy.
In 2013 she founded “Fab-U-Wish,” a program to grant fashion, beauty and celebrity-themed wishes to women battling breast cancer.
