Greg Morton Biography

Greg Morton is a well-known Canadian actor, voice actor, director and also a comedian. He became known after doing his Obama Man radio routine on his Star Wars-themed standups. He has also voiced most cartoons that have been recorded in Canada.

Morton was also the one who directed those cartoons and animations in Canada. He also did his own rendition of Moses Hightower and Larvell Jones in Police Academy: The Series as well as having the main role in Stunt Dawgs. Aside from acting and voicing animations, Greg went on to pursue comedy and shared the stage with other notable acts as well.

He also managed to do a comedy routine at Radio City Music Hall and regularly headlined events at Planet Hollywood among other events. Furthermore, Greg gained popularity after he auditioned in season 14 of America’s Got Talent. In his first audition, he won over Howie Mandel, Gabriele Union, Julianne Hough and also Simon Cowell with his Star Wars routine. He received a yes from all four judges.

From there he proceeded to the University of Michigan where played college football. After the 1977 season, Morton opted to return to the University of Michigan to pursue a doctoral degree from the school of education. He subsequently became a probation officer in Fort Worth, Texas. As of 2002, he was also officiating high school football games in the Fort Worth area.
