That includes their new next-door neighbor Calvin.
Hank Greenspan 13 Reasons Why
Young Justin, a role that was then taken by Brandon Flynn in the American teen drama web television series 13 Reasons Why.
13 Reasons Why
During season one, Clay Jensen, seventeen, returns from school one day to find a mysterious box during his driveway. Within he finds thirteen cassette tapes made by his deceased classmate Hannah Baker, who had killed herself two weeks earlier. Hannah unfolds an intensely emotional audio diary on the tapes, explaining in detail why she decided to end her life. Any person who receives this packet of old-style tapes tends to be deeply linked to why she killed herself.
Clay isn’t the first to obtain the recordings, but after watching them, there’s an implication he will move the tapes on. There seems to be an order for the tapes to be transmitted, with an alternative copy retained by an overseer should the plan go awry. Every tape recording refers to another person involved in Hannah’s life leading to a motive for her suicide (mainly referring to her friends as well as her enemies).
In season two, months after the suicide of Hannah, Clay and the other people mentioned on the tapes, as well as close friends and members of Hannah’s family, get entangled in a civil legal dispute between parents of Hannah and Liberty High school. Hannah’s mother, claiming negligence on the part of the school, pursues her view of justice as her inability to settle pre-trial and her personal circumstances ultimately break her marriage to Hannah’s dad. The story unfolds with narratives that illustrate the story of Hannah told by those present at the trial in court.
Clay, who perceives himself as the ineffective guardian of Hannah, embarks on an investigation using whatever facts he can gather in an attempt to influence Hannah’s parents and the school on the civil case. Clay also aims to reveal the oppressive high school system and its favor of rich jocks over the average student, which in particular undermines the dignity of young girls like Hannah.
Season 3 is set eight months after season two ends. Clay and his friends struggle to cope with the cover-up of Tyler’s failed Spring Fling shooting, thus helping him recover. Acrimonious tensions, however, hit a boiling point during the Homecoming game of Liberty High, culminating in Bryce Walker’s assassination. The Liberty High students are again put under the spotlight when Bryce’s death investigation threatens to reveal their darkest secrets.
