Her first being Langit in Hihintayin Kita in 1991, Misis ko in Misis mo 1988 and also palabra de honor in 1983. kakie is also the daughter of Pilita Corrales who is a famous Filipino Music composer and actress.
Jakie also co-hosted the noontime show Student Canteen on GMA-7 in 1982 until its cancellation in 1986.
