Six articles in this series between November 1 and November 21, 2015, were nominated.
In 2015, she was part of a team of reporters that revealed how big banks and corporations have forced tens of millions of Americans to give up their day in court and instead submit to a private system in which there is no judge and no jury. She won a George Polk Award for legal reporting for her series on arbitration clauses and was a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize for investigative reporting.
