Jo Smith is an American Country Music singer. She was once a member of the Mustang Sally band. Jo Smith played for the band for almost eighteen. Not so long after, leaving the band she began writing songs and recording her songs. Her birth name is Joanna Shae Smith.
She was born in Crestview, Georgia, the U.S on 9 May 1985. She is 34 years old
She married her longtime boyfriend Tripp Eldridge.
She was then signed by Big Borrassa Music. Jo Smith has written songs for artists like Billy Ray Cyrus, the song ” Flying By” it was his 2007 album Home at Last. Besides that, Joanna performed The Battle Hymn of the Republic in 2007.

The song was produced by Old Dominion, Jesse Frasure, Kacey Musgraves, Sam Hunt, and Shane McAnally the main producer. Joanna has been included in Nashville Lifestyles’ 2017 Ones to Watch, Rolling Stone Country’s New Artists You Need to Know, and premiered the music video for “Old School Groove” on CMT
The early release of her song called Old School Groove” was released as a Sirius XM Highway in the year 2017.
