Joshua Kutuny is a Kenyan politician. He belonged to the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) before he defected to URP and finally to the Jubilee.
He represented Cherangany Constituency after he was elected in the 2007 Kenyan parliamentary election. After Joshua had failed to recapture his parliamentary seat in 2013, he was appointed by the president of the Republic of Kenya Uhuru Kenyatta as his Political advisor.
