Julius Ogamba is a Kenyan, Lawyer and an Education minister. He took over the Education Ministry from former CS Ezekiel Machogu, whom they together unsuccessfully vied for the year 2022 Kisii County Gubernatorial seat on UDA.

Mr Machogu had picked Mr Migosi as his running mate after dropping Mr. John Momanyi. On March 1, 2023, Mr Migos started serving as the chairman of the Board of Kenya Electricity Generating Company PLC (KenGen).
