Kathy Orr is an American Meteorologist who was born and brought up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. Currently, she serves as a weather forecaster for the Fox 29 Weather Authority team on WTXF. Prior, she worked as the chief meteorologist both at KYW-TV and WCAU-TV.
Orr also has her National Weather Association and American Meteorological Society seals of approval in addition to being an AMS (number 106) Certified Broadcast Meteorologist. On November 22, 2013, Orr was placed into the Broadcast Pioneers of Philadelphia Hall of Fame.
