Katie Piper born as kate Elizabeth piper is an English philanthropist, television presenter and former model from Andover Hampshire. In March 2007, she was attacked with acid by her ex-boyfriend and accomplice, causing major damages to her face and blindness in one eye. She underwent pioneering surgery to restore her face and vision.

Both attackers and convicted and given a life sentence. She gave up her anonymity in 2009 in order of the Cutting Edge series. She has appeared in many series, releasing the best autobiography, and regular columns in magazines. She presented channel 4, television series Bodyshockers about members of the public about to undergo body-altering procedures and those who regret procedures they have had.

EXCLUSIVE – ‘My husband will burn your face off, you white b****’: Wife of Katie Piper’s acid thug makes sick threats to young mother in a bitter feud

A woman has told how she was threatened with having her ‘face burned off’ by Katie Piper’s acid attacker.

Jasmine Middleton revealed she received a string of chilling messages warning her that Stefan Sylvester would get her and ‘melt her ex-boyfriend’s face off too’.

Jasmine was sent the messages by Sylvester’s wife Danielle Burke, who married the thug in jail while he was serving his nine-year prison sentence for throwing sulphuric acid into the popular TV presenter’s face.

In chilling echoes of Sylvester’s attack on Katie, his wife wrote: ‘You know what my husband was in jail for… I will get him to burn your face off, you white b*itch.

‘Do you think he won’t touch you for me. I’ll get him to melt your bf’s face off too.’
Speaking to MailOnline about the ongoing feud between the women, Jasmine told MailOnline: ‘As soon as I saw the message, I rang the police. I called 999 and told them I’d been threatened to have acid thrown in my face.

‘She said she could get her husband to melt my face off.
‘I’m frightened but she can’t find me. She doesn’t know where I live but it was a clear threat.

‘I’ve left London because of her. She needs to leave me alone.’

Jasmine, a single mother of two, said police went to Burke’s west London home on Boxing Day and issued her with a written warning. There is no suggestion that Sylvestre was aware of the threat.

Sylvestre, 30, was jailed for life sentence for the sickening attack on Katie in 2008 when he was paid to throw acid in her face by her twisted ex-boyfriend Daniel Lynch, seeking revenge.

The strict star, 35, suffered horrific injuries and was left partially blind as she was forced to rebuild her life and her shattered confidence.

Since the attack, she has undergone 200 operations to treat her burns and re-build her face.

She is currently in Pakistan where she has undergone yet more reconstructive surgery with her long-time surgeon Dr Muhammad Jawad.

Sylvester was released from jail four months ago and spent his first weekend of freedom with his wife at a Surrey hotel.
Jasmine said the hate campaign being waged by Burke, who uses the name Monroe on social media posts, began about seven years ago and has developed into cruel cyberbullying.

She said: ‘Years ago Danielle had an affair with the father of my two kids. Then when I found out she started almost stalking me.

‘From that day, she has been posting on her Facebook page that he beats me up, cheats on me, that my kids are fat and ugly and that my son should die.

‘She is constantly criticizing me. She has targeted me for years. She bullied me so bad I had to leave London and move away. She feels the need to bully me for some reason and I don’t know why.’

Jasmine said she had ignored all the hurtful comments until Burke made derogatory remarks about her daughter and nephew.

Jasmine said: ‘She posted that she hoped my nephew slipped back into a coma and died.

‘She also started calling my daughter fat.

‘She can say whatever she wants about me but not innocent children.’
Jasmine reported Burke to the police again following the latest online hate campaign.

‘She has ruined my life. The police have told her to stop but she has carried on. It has got to the point where it is really affecting me and is cyberbullying.

‘I want them to arrest her. I’m just hoping she stops. All I can do now is ignore her and hopefully, she will stop.’

Katie Piper travels to Pakistan to undergo an important operation

Katie Piper is currently in a Pakistan hospital, recovering after undergoing an operation. Since 2008, when Katie was attacked with acid by her ex-boyfriend, the mother-of-two has had over 200 procedures to treat her burns and scars. The 35-year-old model, author, and presenter traveled to Pakistan on Tuesday to be treated by her long-serving surgeon Dr. Muhammad Jawad who she has known for over a decade. Katie was joined by her doting husband Richard who is staying by her bedside until she recovers. The former Strictly star updated fans on Instagram Stories by sharing a photo of herself post-operation, along with the caption: “I’m in a hospital in Pakistan being cared for by @majawad1.” A spokesperson for Katie told the

Pakistan to have an operation by
her long-standing surgeon who is now based there. She sends her love and thanks to everyone who has sent well wishes and hopes for a speedy recovery.”
Katie’s commitment to helping survivors of burns and trauma through The Katie Piper Foundation, set up in 2009, is born out of the huge challenges she has faced in her own life. She was left with severe facial burns and blinded in her left eye after the horrific attack. Last year, it was revealed that the man convicted of the attack against her had been granted parole after just nine years of serving his life sentence for the crime. Katie – who was taking part in Strictly at the time, told HELLO! magazine: “Strictly is a great and positive distraction – the time and energy it takes to learn a new dance every week mean there’s not much time to focus on anything else.”
The mum-of-two also praised her husband in the interview, adding: “He always has had my back 110%. He’s a wonderful husband and such a great hands-on dad. I’m very lucky to have found him We’ve been through so much together and he’s such an amazing constant in my life.” Whatever the future has in store, she will never forget her time on Strictly.”

Katie Piper cuts an elegant figure in a mint green suit as she launches new book while recovering from surgery

She underwent an operation in Pakistan last month, taking her total tally of facial reconstruction surgeries to over 200 after being subjected to an acid attack in 2008.

But Katie Piper seemed to be on the mend as she launched her new book, Things I’d Tell My Child at Elan Café in London on Thursday.

The TV presenter, 35, cut an elegant figure in a mint green blazer and cigarette pants, cinching in her waist with a matching belt.

The philanthropist added to her outfit with a simple white top and accessorized with a gold necklace.

Adding height to her frame with a pair of lilac heels, the reality star styled her brunette locks into a ponytail.

Charity campaigner Katie is recovering after the surgery, which left her covered in bruises.

A spokesperson for the star told MailOnline: ‘Katie is feeling much better after travelling home from Pakistan last week. The operation went really well but she has been in a lot of pain.

‘Katie is very much still in recovery mode and taking it easy. She is bandaged on one side of her neck and has bad bruising but after nearly 300 operations is keeping her spirits up.

‘She is so excited to have her new book out for Mother’s Day in a few weeks’ time.’

Katie’s surgeon was Dr Mohammad Jawad, who was also in charge of the star’s reconstruction surgery after she was attacked with sulphuric acid in 2008.

The acid, some of which Piper had swallowed, blinded her in her left eye, and caused partial thickness and full thickness burns.

Dr Jawad and his team of surgeons completely removed the skin of Katie’s face and replaced it with a skin substitute, Matriderm, to build the foundations for a skin graft.

This pioneering procedure was the first of its kind to be done in a single operation.

Katie, who shares Belle, four, and Penelope, 15 months, with husband Richard Sutton, said she ‘prides’ herself on not conforming to ‘unrealistic’ beauty standards.

The Instagram sensation strives to be ‘relatable’ when she shares a string of pictures and posts with her 857,000 Instagram followers.

She said: ‘I’m not afraid to show the real me. I pride myself in not conforming to unrealistic beauty standards – it can be so damaging to young girls’ and women’s’ self-esteem.

‘Social media is a highlights feed and we should all remember that. I like to be someone my followers feel they can relate to. Social media is a powerful thing that can have a negative effect on users.’
