On July 29, 2020, it was declared that Tilghman was employed by CBS Sports to host The Clubhouse Report on CBS Sports Network.
Tilghman, who played college golf at Duke University, operated as a course reporter for Golf Channel, after having served as the primary play-by-play announcer during its PGA Tour telecasts.
In 2007, she became an anchor after signed a 15-year deal with the PGA Tour in which the Golf Channel broadcasts the first three events of the year, the weekly coverage of all tour events, and the full coverage of the fall series and other events.
