She is the granddaughter to the late no-nonsense taker, Mr. John Michuki. The late John Michuki was known to being tough and always taking down the wrong error. He was the minister of security in the era of President Mwai Kibaki.
Mr. John took down ‘the Mungiki’. When he served as Internal Security Minister, he often declared to Central Kenya residents “you will only see graves” about the war on Mungiki which had been blamed for massive killings and kidnappings.
Many people also remember him for streamlining the matatu madness, to date every one of the nganya’s adhere to the Michuki rules.
As a Cabinet minister, the no-nonsense public servant had a fair share of criticism and will be remembered for his infamous quote “If you rattle a snake be prepared to bite by it” which he made when journalists asked him to comment about the Standard raid in March 2006.
Michuki was married to the late Josephine Watiri Michuki and they have six children. One of his children is Stacy’s parent.

Stacy Michuki Modeling
Before she was a modeler but she came to fame after being named Ms. Teen. Stacy was a participant in the 2017 modeling. She was named Face of Nairobi Top Teen Model. Afterward, she participated in the Miss Kenya beauty pageant.
In the following year, Stacy took part in the Few’s Next Face 2018 and became the first runners up.
Stacy Michuki Miss Universe Kenya
On 20 October, Stacey was crowned the new Miss Universe Kenya 2019. The crowning took place at Panari Hotel, Nairobi. On first Runners Up was Aggry Dion Okello (aka Rue Baby), Akothee‘s daughter. Michuki battled it out with 14 contestants.
Caroline Kinuthia who emerged second runners up was also among the youngest contestants at just 23 years of age. Angelopedia a beauty website claimed that Kinuthia was the audience’s favorite since the commencement of the pageant and had been tipped to win.
She will represent Kenya at the Miss Universe 2019 pageant scheduled to take place on 19 December in Seoul, South Korea. On the day, she will face 80 other beauties from across the world for the top honor.
The Kenyan beauty succeeded Wabaiya Kariuki, the former Miss Universe 2018 and is over the moon on her win.
