In November 2016, she formed her label, Electric Bird Records to support indie artists in the electronic-folk genre. She is also known outside of Monstercat for collaborating with producer TheFatRat, also Laura does a lot of live performance videos on her YouTube channel.

Her mother is a singer-songwriter while her father is a pianist. By the age of 13, she became interested in acoustic guitar and this is when her songwriting began to develop. By age 16, she had released her first full-length album titled ‘Day to Day’, an indie/pop/singer-songwriter collection of work that basically is from the perspective of her high school experiences.

At University, she pursued psychology but continued to work on her music and released a second album titled ‘Dreams’ when she was 19. After this, she had a short period where she questioned her direction with music and focused on her studies, but finally, she thought she just needed a change. became interested in EDM as it was rising in popularity in Denver. Presently after this, she started writing and singing over producer’s tracks and this fast became my niche.

Brehm is a Vocalist and songwriter with an EP titled Future Holds and several famous singles named “Fall in Love,” “The Sunrise,” “Don’t Wait” and “Cosmic Gravity.” She released an LP titled Day to Day in 2007, followed by another LP in 2010 called Dreams. She began playing piano at age 5 and started playing guitar and composing her songs at age 13
