Margaret Yvonne Busby is a Ghanaian-British publisher, editor, writer, and broadcaster, resident in the UK. Busby was Britain’s youngest and first black woman book publisher when in the 1960s she co-founded with Clive Allison (1944–2011) the London-based publishing house Allison and Busby (A & B).

Due to her excellent work, Busby has received several honors and awards. is a recipient of the Benson Medal from the Royal Society of Literature. In 2020 she was voted one of the “100 Great Black Britons”
