Mary-Kate Olsen Divorce

Olsen has been married to a French banker, Olivier Sarkozy, since 2015. He is also a half-brother to Nicolas Sarkozy, former President of France. The duo tied the knot at a private residence in New York City on November 27, 2015. As a result of their marriage, the couple shares two gorgeous children together.

However, Olsen filed for divorce on April 17 and announced that the two were divorcing after five years of marriage which started with a wedding featuring bowls of cigarettes. Nonetheless, the New York courts were only accepting emergency divorce filings due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
