Nydia Han is an American Emmy award-winning journalist. She is working at 6abc as the Consumer Investigative Reporter, Troubleshooter, and co-anchor of Action News Sunday mornings. Nydia is also the creator of the documentary series, #ThisIsAmerica, a provocative, fresh look at who we are as Americans. 

Previously before joining Action News in October of 2002, Nydia worked for KTRK-TV, the ABC station in Houston, Texas, and KOCO-TV in Oklahoma City. Nydia began her career as a reporter at KIFI-TV in Pocatello, Idaho.

Nydia Started her career in 1995, in Pocatello, Idaho at the KIFI-TV where she worked as a news reporter. Han spent a little over 2 years working in Idaho before moving to Oklahoma City. This is in Oklahoma to take a position as a news reporter at the KOCO-TV station.  Han joined KTRK in Houston, Texas in September 1999, here, she worked as a TV news reporter and left the station in September 2002. A month after leaving KTRK. later Nydia moved to Philadelphia.

Han has been working for 6ABC for close to two decades as a reporter and news anchor. Nydia has spent over a decade traveling around the country to cover various breaking news bulletins. The most recent. Han created a docuseries called “This Is America”. Which takes a fresh and provocative look at the current state of the country from a social and political standpoint.
