Orlando Brown is an American actor, rapper, voice actor and singer well known for his roles as Eddie in That’s So Raven, 3J in Family Matters, Tiger in Major Payne, Damey Wayne in the short-lived Waynehead, Max in Two of a Kind, Dobbs in Max Keeble’s Big Move, Frankie in Eddie’s Million Dollar Cook-Off.

Brown also did the voice of Sticky Webb on the animated TV series The Proud Family and on the animated show Fillmore, the lead character, Cornelius Fillmore!. Brown also played Eddie on That’s So Raven. He has also made songs with Akon, Sean Kingston, Pimp C, T-Pain, Rayven Justice, Raven-Symoné, TravStar and others. Brown released a studio album named Trade It All.
Orlando Brown Arrested | Drugs
Brown was arrested on February 28 2016, in Torrance, California and charged with misdemeanor, domestic battery, obstruction of justice, drug possession with intent to sell and having contraband in jail. He was arrested again on January 18, 2018, this time in Barstow, California after an alleged family dispute including an argument with a girlfriend. Brown was charged with battery of a spouse, resisting a police officer and possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Barstow Jail on the same day.
Brown was arrested on April 13, 2018, in Las Vegas by Bounty Hunters for an outstanding warrant in California for failure to appear. He was arrested on June 5, 2018, for a fourth time in Las Vegas after the police witnessed him walking in and out of an area motel with high prostitution and illegal drug activity. Brown was stopped but refused to cooperate and was thus cuffed. He was found to have possessed bags of drugs which were identified as crack cocaine. Brown was booked on felony narcotics possession, misdemeanor, drug paraphernalia, and resisting a police officer.
Brown was arrested on September 2, 2018, for a fifth time after breaking into his friend’s restaurant and trying to change the locks. An episode of The Dr. Phil Show aired on December 21, 2018, focusing on Brown, who appeared confused and delusional. Brown stated Michael Jackson was his father and that he has four children, two of which he has never met and doesn’t know their names or ages.
