He is known for playing Yosser Hughes, the troubled “hard man” whose life is falling apart in Alan Bleasdale’s groundbreaking 1980s TV drama Boys from the Blackstuff and, more recently, as the Duke of Norfolk in the BBC adaptation of Hilary Mantel’s Wolf Hall.

Chauncey Billups is an American Professional Basketball Coach and Former Basketball Player, who was born on September 25, 1976, in Denver, Colorado. Currently, he works as the head coach for the Portland Trail Blazers of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He is widely known as a five-time NBA All-Star, who retired in 2014. He previously played 17 seasons in the NBA and he was selected third overall in the 1997 NBA draft by the Boston Celtics, after he had played college basketball with the Colorado Buffaloes.
