Jones started practicing skateboarding at a young age. Her mother’s love for the sport encouraged her and began competitive surfing when she was an adolescent and made the headlines after winning the girls’ division in the Amateur Surfing Championship in the US when she was fifteen years old. She has never had to look back as her athletic prowess and stunning beauty landed her several modeling assignments.

She worked for several commercials, notably American Express, Capri Sun, Coca-Cola and Corona Beer. She climbed the rank to number forty-four in Maxim’s list of Hot 100 of 2005. She eventually began working as a consultant and was associated with the prominent Disney movie Lilo & Stitch as a surfing consultant.
