Artie Lange Joe Buck Live

Lange starred as Himself in Joe Buck Live. Joe Buck Live was a talk show hosted by sportscaster Joe Buck. The show premiered on HBO on June 15, 2009, and was completed on December 8, 2009, being withdrawn three months thereafter. It superseded Costas Now, which Bob Costas hosted for HBO until February 2009, when he left for the MLB Network.

The first guests to emerge on the show were Chad Ochocinco, Artie Lange, Brett Favre, Michael Irvin, David Wright, Paul Rudd, and Jason Sudeikis. The episode drew attention to Lange’s outrageous behavior and Buck’s seeming inability to stop it.

Lange made remarks concerning Dallas and Buck Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo and called Romo’s then-girlfriend, Jessica Simpson, a “fat chick” and compared her to Chris Farley. Lange continued to insult Buck after being asked to take his feet off the table, answering that “somebody should look natural on this show.”

Buck came back when Lange held a cigarette in his chin with no hands by saying “I think it’s in chin number four.” Lange then retorted by stating”Number four, the show you won’t get to.” Lange went on to tell the flustered host, “you’re out of your league, Buck … stick to play-by-play.” Buck responded, “I know, believe me, it was right after this segment began that I realized that.

Lange starred as Himself in The Howard Stern Show. The Howard Stern Show was an American radio show hosted by Howard Stern that earned wide distinction when it was nationally syndicated on terrestrial radio from WXRK in New York City, between 1986 and 2005.

The show has circulated on Howard 100 and Howard 101, Stern’s two uncensored channels on the subscription-based satellite radio service SiriusXM, since 2006. On January 5, 2015, Lange established an uncensored subscription-based podcast titled The Artie Quitter Podcast. He recorded episodes, especially from his home in Hoboken, New Jersey.

Lange estimated the podcast earned” about 9,000″ subscribers in its first year. In May 2017, Lange said the podcast would end after 400 episodes in order to manage his filming Crashing, comedy, and his third book.
