She received the Media General reporting award in 2009 for a story focusing on Ohio Supreme Court Justice Evelyn Stratton.
Furthermore, she won herself a regional Emmy for “Fight For Ohio,” which previewed the 2004 presidential election. Colleen previously won an Emmy for her special report on Ellis Island.
