Wren Clair and Ken Barlow take new roles in the KSTP weather department

• KSTP-TV announced new roles this week for meteorologist Ken Barlow and Clair in the wake of chief meteorologist Dave Dahl’s retirement last month. Barlow is the new chief meteorologist for the station.
• Barlow worked at KARE from 1991 – 2006 before moving to Boston and, later, Sacramento. He returned to the Twin Cities in 2011 to take a job as morning chief meteorologist at KSTP. In addition to leading the weather staff, Barlow will continue as a member of the station’s morning news team.
• Clair is now the primary evening meteorologist for “5 Eyewitness News.” She began her career covering weather in Wisconsin and Boston before moving to the Twin Cities in 2018. Clair will present weather forecasts in all newscasts from 4:30 PM to 10:00 PM each weeknight.
