Pritzker spent her early career in business working her way up through the Pritzker family business. She was eventually appointed as one of three successors to her uncle, Jay Pritzker. Pritzker is the founder of PSP Capital Partners and Pritzker Realty Group. She also co-founded Artemis Real Estate Partners.
