Pep Money Transfer Problems/ Pep Money Laundering/ Pep Money Complaints

Money disappears through Pep Money Transfer – no help from their call centre and instead im driven from pillar to post
Money disappears through Pep Money Transfer – no help from their call centre and instead im driven from pillar to post.
I sent money through PEP Money on the ** of June **** which means yesterday at Brixton(pick n pay shoping centre)in BRIXTON ,TEL : ********** *** with cashier by the name of “KGANYA”, I did a transaction of R**** at **H:**min:**sec MONEY TRANSFER-SEND ****-*** ********** * DATE **/**/**** on to the receipt, then I sent the details to the person who was intended to withdraw the money on the same day, and when she tried to withdraw the money ,she couldn’t find it,the following day I went back to PEP they said the money it’s there I must go to shoprite or checkers to try and withdraw the money still nothing then went back to PEP the called customer care they told me the was withdrawn @ “ugin” SPAR yesterday **H:** afternoon i dont even know where’s that “ugin” SPAR and im tired with these up and downs of “PEP” I just want money back that’s all because I dont who stole my money between “PEP” & “KGANYA” the cashier.
I called the call center number: **** *** *** and spoke to a Mitchelle many times with my “airtym” fighting for my “money” still they can’t help me I don’t know anyone from Ugin SPAR and im still wondering that how did my pin number get to Ugin SPAR,I WANT MY MONEY FROM PEP.
PEP must call me only to tell when and where must i come to fetch my “money” thats all not all those “scam” ecplanation all i want is my money thats nothing else from “PEP”.
TRANSACTION REFERENCE: ********** **B.
Now am I going to be driven from pillar to post between Absa and PEP for my money?? All I want is my money so if PEP is going to allow such fraudulent activates with their services then they have to pay back my money, this money could be known by KGANYA or me because the transaction was done while the two of us were present, so I wouldn’t sent money to a person I don’t know, if you could start investigating her and can I get my money back.
Just makes me wonder how many other people have you robbed of their money???? People need to be careful of this facility. and I still want to know what happened to the money???
And I need someone who will call me with a solution because if you can’t, don’t bother to call me .
