Pepe Munoz is a self-taught illustrator specializing in fashion illustration, as seen on his popular p.e.p.e.munoz Instagram account which has a following of 60, 00 followers and he is also a backup dancer, he danced in  Cirque du Soleil’s Zumanity. He is from Malaga, Spain.

Pepe has also stage acting, and he has appeared in traveling productions of Cats and international productions of Chicago, Dirty Dancing, West Side Story and other shows.

He started drawing in 2015 and he told Vogue that his late grandfather was a professional illustrator, so he thought he’d try his hand at it.

Pepe and Celine Dion have been rumored to be dating. According to TMZ, the two are said to have met through mutual friends in Las Vegas, where Celine Dion has a residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace and Celine asked Munoz to join her on her international tour and since they both have an interest in fashion, they have become good friends and were seen together at fashion shows.

And although he and Celine Dion have been seen together in Paris and on stage dancing together, a representative for the singer told Extra that they are just friends.

When asked if she is single, Celine quickly replied saying. “I am.” And the went on to say, “By the way, when I say ‘I am single,’ please leave me alone. “Thanks. I just wanna be alone.” She went on saying, “To be honest with you, I think I’m at the best of my life right now and I really want to enjoy and embrace every moment of it.”

In another interview, speaking to The Times about her relationship with Pepe, Celine said, “We’re friends, we’re best friends. Of course, we hug and hold hands and go out, so people see that. I mean, he’s a gentleman. He’s giving me his hand to go out. I don’t mind because he’s handsome and he’s my best friend. The press said, ‘Oh my God, René just passed and now there’s another man.’ . . . Yeah, there’s another man in my life but not the man in my life.”

In an interview with Vogue in 2017, when describing Celine on her call for him to be her backup dancer, he said,  “She’s the kind of person [for whom] the day has no schedule, no time, no nothing, so whenever she feels the creativity coming, that’s what happens.” Pepe was called to be Celine’s backup dancer in June 2016.
