Over his 14 years with Dune, Russell has structured and executed complex real estate transactions as borrower, developer, lender, owner/operator and joint venture partner, through both debt and equity.
Russell has invested in core and value add condominium, data center, hospitality, multifamily and retail assets across the country, with a focus on the West Coast. Russell’s expertise spans the real estate asset lifecycle: from acquisition to entitlement and pre-development/development/re-development; from management to disposition.
Prior to joining Dune, Russell held various roles with Goldman Sachs.
