Celeste Ntuli was born on 25th August 1978 in Empangeni, South Africa. She is a South African comedian and actress.

She studied entertainment technology at the Durban University of Technology.
Celeste Ntuli Career
Since 2005 she was working part time as a standupcomedienne. She was discovered by show promoter Monwabisi Grootboom while performing in a marquee in Durban
In 2009 she auditioned for the second season of the SABC1 reality competition series So You Think You’re Funny! and she finished third.
The exposure made her to pursue comedy as a fulltime career and she has since performed at many major comedy festivals, as well as on television, radio and film.
In 2010 she was featured on the Blacks Only comedy showcase. In 2011 she performed in the first Stand Up Zulu comedy show at the Durban Playhouse. In 2012 she performed a set at the South African Comic’s Choice Awards.
In 2016 she embarked on a nationwide one woman stand-up comedy tour called Black Tax.She impressively produced, wrote and performed the show by herself, with no sponsor.
Celeste Ntuli Acting Career
She made her debut in acting in 2013 as one of the main cast members of the Mzansi Magic telenovela isiBaya. She played the role of Siphokasi Zungu (45), the oldest of Mpiyakhe’s wives. Her character is a respected childless matriarch with an irreverent, slightly wicked, sense of humour and a secret smoking habit.
