Clement Maosa Biography
Clement Maosa was born on 9th May 1988 in Polokwane, Limpopo, South Africa. He is a South African actor, voice over artist and model. He is popularly known for his role as Zamokuhle ‘ Kwaito’ Seakamela the son of Ntombi ‘MaNtuli’ Seakamela in the soap, Skeem Saam.
Clement Maosa Early Life
He grew up in Bochum with his parents, two sisters and a younger brother. While he was young he wanted to become a soldier but when he reached high school he decided he would be an actor.
His parents wanted him to do medicine or law and he ended up doing Law.During his first year in the University his parents died three months apart. This hit him hard since he became the bread winner of the family since his siblings were still in parimary school. Athough his grandmother was around to help him raise his siblings he says that he had to make many sacrificies to an extent that he had no social life.
Clement Maosa Education Background
He attended school in a village called Ga-Rammutla for his primary and secondary education.
He later attended the University of Limpopo for his Law Degree
Clement Maosa Career
His break in acting came when he saw a notification on Facebook from Mzansi fo sho about the auditions of Skeem Saam. He auditioned and got the part to play the role as Zamokuhle ‘Kwaito’ Seakamela in the drama series Skeem Saam which airs on SABC 1.
He has served his articles as a candidate attorney. He has done some road shows and prootions with a commercial radio station in Limpopo and when he was registered as a model with Rezo-Lution and Media Management.
He has some jkiller dance moves that were exposed when he shared a stage with the likes of Dj bongs and other South African stars.
Clement Maosa Awards
In 2015 he won the Best Male Actor award during the 2015 Fame South Africa Award.
