Menzi Ngubane Latest News: Menzi Ngubane blasts woman who claims to be his daughter
Former Generations actor Menzi Ngubane is trying to clear his name after a young woman claimed to be his daughter
A report in Move magazine claimed that a young South African woman had just given birth to a child that she claimed was Menzi’s grandchild. This obviously meant that the young woman in question would be the actor’s daughter, but Ngubane is having none of these rumours.
Speaking to Move magazine, Menzi attempted to clear the air by revealing that not only was the woman in question not his daughter, but that he and her mother (his ex-wife) had parted ways a long time ago.
“I don’t know about this whole mess. Me and the mother (his former wife, Lerato Sedibe) of the girl in the clip parted ways a long time ago.”
A quick search online will show you a number of reports claiming that Menzi Ngubane’s “11 year daughter” has given birth to twins. However, most of these reports (a number of them are videos) seem to stem from notoriously untrustworthy news sources and it is unclear where the stories originate from.
Menzi divorced from his wife of five years, Lerato Sidibe, in 2014. In 2015, he remarried and is enjoying his relationship with his new wife, Aisha. It remains to be seen if he will take further action to prove that he is not the father of Lerato’s daughter.
