Samantha Augeri is an American meteorologist who was born and raised on Long Island. She works at News 12 as the evening meteorologist. She previously worked at the station as the weekend morning meteorologist before leaving for Fox 5 NY  where she worked for four years as a weather producer and on-air fill-in for Good Day New York. 

Samantha couldn’t hide her joy in returning back to News 12. She has spent almost her whole life there. When she’s not forecasting the weather, Samantha loves to run, surf, and spend time outdoors. Having run 17 marathons to date in 9 different states, she hopes to someday join the 50 States Marathon Club.

Samantha began her career at WBNG, a CBS affiliate in Binghamton, NY where she gained experience forecasting lake effect snow and the microclimate between valleys and hills. She also spent time as a multimedia journalist. From Binghamton, she joined News 12 Networks in July 2010 as the evening meteorologist.
