Tray always wanted to make a career in the entertainment industry. His first choice was acting, but later shifted his major to basketball. Tray continued with his basketball training but somewhere he still had a hidden passion for acting. He moved to Los Angeles when he received his basketball scholarship. But he had to return to Toronto to take care of his cousin. He decided not to go back to Los Angeles and hence began searching for a job in order to support his finances. Tray had almost lost hope of making it big in the field of acting After getting to know each other, Kesha suggested him to make YouTube videos. He created his YouTube channel and named it Today with Tray which was later changed to The Rush Fam. The channel consists of a variety of videos such as his wedding videos. He spoke about almost all the incidents that had taken place in his life. Though his channel did not perform well, he gradually picked up pace and eventually became a proninent YouTube channel. He now does vlogging full time and has quit his job.
The first video that he uploaded was a general vlog. He started uploading vlogs pertaining to his daily life. Kesha started appearing consistently in Tray’s video.
